Request a Coordinated Project Plan

Per MN Statute 84.0265, Subd. 4(a), any person who submits an application for an eligible project may request that the commissioner prepare a coordinated project plan.

Eligibility Requirements

An eligible project is one that requires the commissioner to prepare an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) under chapter 116D and associated permits. Projects sponsored by the Department of Natural Resources are not eligible under this section.
